Hostloop catches every missed call, every DM, every email — and books the job for you. Try it free for 7 days. £299/month after, only if you decide to keep it.
Every missed call, every "I'll get back to you" that never happens, every customer who chose your competitor because they replied first — it all adds up. Most service businesses leak 20-40% of their potential revenue this way and never know.
You're on a job, your hands are full, the call goes to voicemail. By the time you check, they've already booked someone else.
Customers expect a reply faster than ever. Wait an hour, half of them go cold. Wait a day and you've lost the job entirely.
Most happy customers never leave a review because nobody asked them. Hostloop asks every single one, automatically, after every job.
No more flipping between five apps. Hostloop pulls every customer interaction into one dashboard and handles the boring bits for you.
WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, SMS, email — all in one place. Reply once, from one window. No more "did I answer that?"
The second a call goes unanswered, Hostloop fires off a friendly text so the customer doesn't ring your competitor. Most reply, you close the job later that day.
After every completed job, Hostloop texts the customer asking for a Google review. Takes them ten seconds. Watch your star rating climb.
Drop a booking link in your IG bio, your website, your texts. Customers pick a slot, pay if you want them to, and it lands in your calendar with a reminder.
Answers FAQs at 11pm. Books appointments while you sleep. Politely takes messages when calls overflow. Sounds like a real person, costs less than a takeaway.
Every call, message, job, payment, review — saved automatically against the customer record. So when Mrs. Patel rings six months later, you already know her boiler model.
A receptionist costs £26,000 a year before tax. Hostloop costs £299 a month. And it never sleeps, never calls in sick, and never misses a message.
I used to dread my phone. Now I look forward to checking it because it's full of bookings instead of missed calls. I genuinely don't know how I ran the business before this.
Drop a message however suits you. I'll personally reply within a few hours during the day. We'll have a quick chat, get your trial started — no pitch deck, no pressure.

When you start a Hostloop trial, you provide payment card details which are securely stored by our payment processor, Stripe. No money is taken during the 7-day trial period.
The trial begins on the date you submit your payment details and runs for 7 consecutive calendar days. At the end of the trial, if you have not cancelled, your card is automatically charged £299 and a monthly subscription begins.
You can cancel your trial at any time before it ends by:
Once cancelled before day 7, your card is not charged and your account closes. You owe nothing.
If you decide to continue after the trial and pay your first £299, you can request a full refund within 14 days of that first payment. Just email hostloop.io@gmail.com with your account email and the word "refund" — we'll process it within 5 working days, no questions asked.
After the trial period, your subscription is month-to-month. You can cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — we don't pro-rate refunds for partial months, but you'll have full access until the period you've paid for ends.
You can export all your business and customer data at any time, including after cancellation. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted unless you ask us to keep it longer.
